Ear Training (“the app”) is a free ear-training app published by Mike Hildner. The short version: the app collects nothing and sends nothing.
None. Ear Training does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It has no user accounts, no analytics or crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party trackers.
The app works fully offline. It makes no network connections and sends no data off your device. All audio, music notation, and scoring run locally on your device.
Any settings or scores stay on your device only and are never uploaded. Deleting the app removes them.
The app is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
The app does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or any other personal data.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
